At the airport

So, this was definitely an early morning. I woke up at 3:45 this morning, and my wonderful boyfriend, Zane, drove me from my house to the airport to catch my 6AM flight. If that isn't love, I really don't know what is.

Alright, now it is 5:30 in the morning and I am waiting for my flight to Atlanta to board. Its definitely hard to maneuver around an airport with two suitcases, a carry on suitcase and my laptop bag BUT I made it. However, I was a little peeved that one of my suitcases was deemed 2 inches over-sized which equals a $45 charge...once they tell you that, seriously, what else can you do but pay them? I know it isn't over-sized, but that lady behind the counter seemed a little over zealous for 5AM....so, in any case, all of my luggage (pictured above) is on the flight, and I am ready to go.

I'm pretty sure it is going to be necessary for me to sleep on this flight. I have a long list of things to do this afternoon, once I get to D.C...buying toiletries, you know really exciting things like that. Most importantly, I'll be scoping out the library situation near my apartment. I've created a short reading list for the summer
2) The Prize by Daniel Yergin (started but haven't finished)
3) Something I haven't read by David Sedaris (that's not the name of the book, I'm literally searching for something of his that I have not read)
4) The Merchant of Venice (to get ready for Shakespeare in the Park!!)
